Route 1 - 46 miles
Dunsop Bridge, Slaidburn up Tosside and descend to Long Gll & Settle. Return Paythorn & Ribble Valley Undulating, hilly
Park and Ride Start Point: Car Park, Clitheroe BB7 3BB if you are not meeting at the Bellflower.
