Route 1 - 94 miles
Garstang, Forton, Galgate, Caton, Over Kellet, Hutton roof, Gatebeck, Howgill, Sedbergh, Gawthrop, Casterton, Ireby, Burton in Lonsdale, Low Bentham, Wray, Quernmore, Garstang
Start Point: Royal Oak, Garstang.

Route 2 - 47 miles
Sedbergh, Hawes road east, Garsdale Head, Mallerstang to Kirkby S. Return Crosby Garrett and across Tarn Moor to Orton, Greenholme and Roundthwaite to Low Borrowbridge, cross the M6, Howgill, Sedbergh
Park and Ride Start Point: Howgill Lane, LA10 5HD if you are not meeting at the Bellflower.
