Ride Reports

Starter Ride - Pip Riley
Steph and her Starters met on the cobbles for this inaugural ride, planned to be shortish, slowish, and back by 12ish.
So Steph, Becky, Fiona, Tom, Keith and Pip pedalled off towards Pilling and Cockerham. In traditional club fashion chit chat prevailed with some surprising revelations.
Guess who:
a) had just become a Mum for the second time: (Ed note: Not Fiona, surely?)
b) only had goats milk in their tea;
c) whose plums this year were bigger and juicier than ever; d) had cycled the length of France 18 years ago; and-
e) had worked in Tanzania installing dairy farm equipment.
Answers?
The ride rambled along the country lanes near Cockerham passing the Goat Farm, inspecting the new brewery at Farm Yard Ales, and stopping of course at Wallings.
But not one ice cream was bought....
Back by 12 noon and all keen to have another ride next month.
