Garstang- Scorton- Galgate- Scotforth- Lancaster- Morecambe- Heysham-Middleton -Lancaster-Lune Cycleway- Condor Green- Cockerham-Garstang
Heysham: Cafe Stop (20 miles)
Start Point: Royal Oak, Garstang.
